Manifesto 10.1: New Creative Frontiers by Sarah Bryan

IMG_7642 What would you do if you had no limits? I know, I know, we’ve all heard that question before. It’s been asked so many times that it’s almost become a cliche, but there’s an essential truth behind the question. Asking what you would do if you had no limits begs a question: what if there ARE no limits?

Think about a minute. How far can you go in your creativity? Where are the boundaries? Here at Bright Ideas, we believe the limits don’t exist. Creativity comes from the boundless, limitless God of the universe, so it’s natural that it should be as limitless as Him. Creativity isn’t a tiny country with guarded boundaries on every side; it’s a vast, wild frontier of ideas and innovations.

What will you do in this wild frontier? Where will you go? Maybe you’ll scale the high mountains, or explore the wide plains. You could take to the seas, or brave mysterious forests. . No matter where you go, you’ll never reach the end of creativity. You can go anywhere you please, and every day will reveal a new creative expanse to discover.

The question is settled now. It’s not a matter of wondering about life without limits, but of learning to live in the reality that the limits don’t exist.  What would your life look like without creative limits? Or, more importantly, how long will you wait before you finally pursue the wide frontier of your creativity?
